i just dont understand why i am so sad

swallowing mouthwash

i have just managed to swallow a mouthfull of Crest mouthwash
i was gargling and i sat down on my desk
to resume
Feminist Manifesto by the ever so lovely Mina Loy
when the ever so surprise my body had of sitting down apparently too quickly/roughly
had let a force go through my body that surprised my tonsils
and permitted the flow of the ever so enticing clear Crest Pro-Health Night down my throat
and although the label assures me that i have no reason to call poison control or any form of emergency contact
i'm a bit unsure

for the label states

"do not swallow"
"if more than used for rinsing is accidentally swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Center right away"

and you know.. i'm not sure exactly how much is required/directed to be used
hence i might have drunk a bit too much

however,
the drinking of the mouthwash has cleaned up my phlegm and my cold is a little more easier to live with

oh and my poor ivy (named Ivy) has gotten so dusty due to lack of sunlight and circulation on my desk
hence it must brave the cold and be near my window where at least the heating would create some sort of circulation
